How $LVTEST works

About $LVTEST

Test coin for the Leverpad engine. Not an investment. Backed by a 3x long BTC perp.

Rules summary

Generated from vault parameters

$LVTEST holds a position. Its vault funds a 3x long BTC perpetual on Lighter, so it earns when BTC rises.

Every buy and sell pays a 10% creator tax on top of the pons creator fee, and all of it lands in the vault. There, 30% becomes perp collateral, 10% buys back and burns $LVTEST, 30% is paid to holders in ETH every 12 hours, and the creator and the treasury take a fixed 15% each.

When unrealised profit reaches 25% of collateral, the keeper banks it: 50% to holders, 25% to buyback & burn, 15% to the creator and 10% to the treasury.

The creator may flip side or leverage once per 24 hours and re-cut the split once every 7 days. The backing market — BTC — is fixed for life, and nobody can withdraw from the vault.

Anyone can harvest. The vault pulls what pons owes it and splits it on-chain; the keeper also harvests automatically. Shown is this vault's share: pons keeps 30% of its 1% base fee.
